My Story
Hi I’m Susana and I truly believe there is something incredibly special about taking a simple idea and watching it transform into something beautiful and tangible. Creations by Suz started as a creative hobby became something much more meaningful. It became a place where I could heal, express my self and find peace through creativity. After enduring difficult experiences in her past, I found that working with resin became more than just crafting. It became a form of therapy for my mental health a way to quiet my mind, process emotions, and turn some of the hardest moments in my life into something beautiful. What began as an outlet for healing slowly grew into a passion that has become an important part of who I am today. Every piece I make represents creativity, healing, strength, and a reminder that something beautiful can come from even the most difficult chapters of life. My goal is to create unique, meaningful pieces that bring beauty and joy into people’s everyday lives whether it’s a special gift for someone you love, a personalized keepsake, or a one-of-a-kind piece for your home. Creations by Suz is more than resin art. It’s a piece of my own healing journey.
My Creative Process
Every piece is made by hand and not one Is the same. I use epoxy Resin and it’s hand poured. I also use real flowers and shells and I also create keepsakes made of loved ones ashes or hair

Returns & Refunds
Return & Refund Policy
Each Creations By Suz piece is handmade with care and, in many cases, created specifically for you. Because handmade and personalized items cannot always be resold, the following policy applies.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and memorial/keepsake items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind.
This includes items personalized with names, dates, photos, colors, designs, handwriting, ashes, or other customer-provided materials or specifications.
Please carefully review and approve all personalization details before production begins. Creations By Suz is not responsible for errors in information provided or approved by the customer.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Non-personalized, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters to me. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact Creations By Suz within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is due to damage during shipping or an error on my part, I will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Handmade Variations
Because every piece is handmade, small variations in color, texture, bubbles, glitter placement, inclusions, and other details may naturally occur. These unique characteristics are part of the handmade nature of each creation and are not considered defects.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order and before work has begun.
Once materials have been purchased or production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Memorial & Ashes Keepsakes
Due to the highly personal and one-of-a-kind nature of memorial pieces, orders containing cremation ashes or other irreplaceable materials are final sale.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct materials and information. Creations By Suz will handle all submitted memorial materials with care and respect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping
Thank you for supporting Creations By Suz! Every piece is handmade with care, and many orders are created specifically for you. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item and order volume.
Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Custom and personalized orders:
Custom pieces typically require 1–3 weeks for production before shipping. Larger, highly detailed, or memorial pieces may require additional time.
The estimated production time will be communicated when your order is placed.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using the carrier and service selected at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Creations By Suz is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or delays that occur after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.
If an order is returned to Creations By Suz because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package reshipped.
Damaged Packages
Resin and handmade pieces are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. However, damage can occasionally occur during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact Creations By Suz within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
● The damaged item
● The shipping box
● The packaging materials
● The shipping label
Please keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required for a shipping claim.
If the damage occurred during transit, Creations By Suz will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund when applicable.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information, Creations By Suz is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
Creations By Suz will be happy to assist with contacting the carrier when possible, but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.
Local Pickup & Delivery
Local pickup or delivery may be available for customers in the local area when offered at the time of purchase.
Pickup and delivery arrangements must be confirmed in advance.
International Shipping
At this time, Creations By Suz may offer shipping within the United States only.
International shipping, when available, may be subject to additional shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and carrier restrictions.
Important Note About Handmade Items
Every Creations By Suz piece is handmade. Minor variations in color, texture, glitter placement, bubbles, inclusions, and other details may occur and are part of the unique character of handmade resin artwork.
