Terms of Service

— You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

— You may not share your account or use another person's account

— You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date

— You may not use a username or shop name that is offensive, vulgar, or infringes on another party's intellectual property rights

— These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and BLD Adventures, LLC

— We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

— Artistry Fair is an online marketplace venue that connects buyers directly with independent sellers. Each seller is their own Merchant of Record and processes payments through their own Stripe Connect account

— Artistry Fair facilitates discovery and checkout initiation only. BLD Adventures, LLC does not collect, hold, or transfer payment funds on behalf of sellers

— Because each seller processes payments independently, you will check out separately with each shop. Your cart stays saved between checkouts

— By completing a purchase, you agree to the listed price, shipping terms, and applicable transaction taxes as calculated by the seller's Stripe account

— Title and risk of loss for physical items pass directly from the Seller to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier

— Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled directly between you and the seller via Stripe. Contact us at support@artistryfair.com if you need assistance

— Seller accounts require an approved application. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion

— All products must be handmade by you. Reselling, dropshipping, and mass-produced goods are not permitted. See our Artisan Guidelines for full details

— Shop names and usernames may not be offensive, vulgar, or infringe on another party's intellectual property rights

— You are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory

— Seller payouts are processed directly through your Stripe Connect account. Buyers pay you directly. BLD Adventures, LLC does not collect or transfer transaction funds on your behalf. You must complete Stripe onboarding, including tax setup, before your shop can go live

— Artistry Fair charges a flat monthly platform subscription fee. Fee details are provided during seller onboarding. Transaction fees are charged by Stripe directly against your account

— We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend shops that violate these Terms

— We reserve the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate your shop's active platform status and public visibility if your monthly subscription payment fails, if you lose your transaction privileges within your Stripe account, or if you violate these Terms

— We strongly recommend that sellers carrying consumable, wearable, or physical goods obtain independent product liability insurance

— Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices of any kind

— Listing counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods

— Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users

— Attempting to circumvent platform fees or conducting transactions outside the platform to avoid payments

— Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the platform without our express written permission

— Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or its underlying systems

— Using the Artistry Fair or BLD Adventures, LLC name, logo, or trademarks without our express written permission

— Any use that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law

— You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@artistryfair.com

— We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you, your content, or your use of the platform violates these Terms

— Upon termination, some of your content (such as product listings that appear in past orders or receipts) may remain visible to relevant parties

— Any outstanding balances or obligations you owe remain due after termination

— These Terms survive termination and continue to apply to any prior use of the platform

Informal Resolution First. Before filing for arbitration, you agree to send a written Notice of Dispute to disputes@artistryfair.com that includes your name, account email, and a description of the dispute and your requested resolution. We will have 60 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Arbitration may not be filed until this period has passed.

Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, you and BLD Adventures, LLC agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and BLD Adventures, LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

Small Claims Exception. Either party may bring qualifying individual claims in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration.

Class Action Waiver. All claims must be brought on an individual basis only. You may not bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

Batch Claims. If 25 or more users represented by the same or coordinated counsel submit substantially similar claims within a 90-day period, those claims must be batched in groups of up to 100 and resolved together as consolidated arbitrations.

Opt-Out. If you are a new user, you may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing disputes@artistryfair.com with your name, account email, and a statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

— These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BLD Adventures, LLC regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements

— If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and severed, while the remaining Terms continue in full force

— Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later

— We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction
